L'objectif d'InterMusik Hall est de faciliter l'achat de billets pour vos événements préférés (concerts, pièces de théâtre, spectacles, etc.), de manière plus pratique et plus agréable. Les politiques d'achat d'InterMusik Hall ont pour but de s'assurer que vous comprenez le processus d'achat de billets sur intermusikhall.org. Ces politiques et procédures d'achat sont soumises aux conditions générales de la salle InterMusik et sont incorporées par référence, ici, dans ces politiques.
Le billet que vous achetez à InterMusik Hall n'est qu'une autorisation d'assister à un événement spécifique pour lequel vous avez acheté le billet, et cette autorisation peut être révoquée si vous, l'acheteur du billet, enfreignez l'une des politiques, des conditions générales ou des conditions supplémentaires figurant sur les billets et/ou toute autre loi ou réglementation d'InterMusik Hall.

COMMENT PAYER LES BILLETS
Vous disposez de plusieurs options pour payer les billets que vous achetez sur intermusikhall.org. Nous acceptons les principales cartes de crédit, notamment Visa, Master Card, Discover et American Express. Le prix des billets pour les événements se déroulant aux États-Unis est en dollars américains.

VOUS ACHETEZ AUPRÈS DES ORGANISATEURS DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT,
LE HALL INTERMUSIK FACILITE UNIQUEMENT VOTRE ACHAT DE BILLETS
InterMusik Hall facilite votre achat de billets auprès des organisations et entités, c'est-à-dire les « organisateurs de l'événement ». InterMusik Hall se charge uniquement des transactions et de la collecte des paiements pour les billets vendus par l'« organisateur de l'événement ». Par conséquent, vous achèterez votre billet auprès de l'« organisateur de l'événement », tandis qu'InterMusik Hall n'agira qu'en tant que fournisseur de services de vente pour votre achat. Si vous échangez vos billets ou achetez des billets en utilisant les services d'échange de billets, vous achetez des billets soit à un revendeur qui n'est pas un organisateur d'événements, soit à InterMusik Hall, soit à l'organisateur d'événements. InterMusik Hall n'est que le fournisseur de services pour de telles ventes, à moins qu'InterMusik Hall ne vende des billets par le biais de la méthode d'échange de billets.

ET NON PAR LA SALLE INTERMUSIK
InterMusik Hall agit en tant que facilitateur de la vente de billets et vend des billets au profit des « organisateurs d'événements », y compris les promoteurs, les fournisseurs, les groupes, les artistes et les lieux de spectacle. Les « organisateurs d'événements » fixent le prix des billets et déterminent la disposition des places. InterMusik Hall n'est généralement pas impliqué dans la détermination du prix des billets, ni dans la disposition des places ou l'emplacement des billets vendus. Les billets sont vendus par l'intermédiaire de plusieurs centres de distribution, notamment en ligne, dans des centres d'information et dans des magasins de détail. InterMusik Hall ne contrôle pas l'inventaire des billets ni leur disponibilité. Étant donné qu'il est toujours possible que les billets pour des événements favorables se vendent très rapidement, des billets supplémentaires peuvent être prévus et disponibles avant l'événement, mais comme nous l'avons déjà souligné, la salle InterMusik ne contrôle pas l'inventaire des billets ni leur disponibilité. InterMusik Hall facilite également la revente de billets et gère les transactions correspondantes sur ExchangeTickets . Veuillez prendre en considération le fait que les billets vendus par le biais du service ExchangeTicket d'InterMusik Hall sont souvent vendus à un prix plus élevé que leur prix d'origine. Occasionnellement, les billets supplémentaires destinés à une distribution ultérieure peuvent être attribués et reçus par InterMusik Hall ou d'autres distributeurs, centres, qui peuvent avoir des demandes plus importantes ou le même statut que les billets vendus sur Exchange Ticket, ou peuvent être mis en vente à un prix inférieur à celui pratiqué sur Exchange Ticket.

InterMusik Hall ne sera pas tenu responsable de toute perte pécuniaire ou monétaire et/ou de toute autre perte due à votre présomption erronée que votre commande n'a pas été passée parce que vous n'avez pas reçu de confirmation.
FRAIS DE FACILITATION ET DE TRAITEMENT
Lorsque vous achetez des billets sur intermusikhall.org, des frais de facilitation par billet et des frais de traitement non remboursables par commande vous sont facturés. Vos billets peuvent être soumis à des frais de livraison, le cas échéant.

VOUS POUVEZ ACHETER UN NOMBRE LIMITÉ DE BILLETS
Afin d'établir une méthode d'achat équitable et d'empêcher les tentatives et pratiques déloyales d'achat de billets, le nombre de billets que vous pouvez acheter pour un événement spécifique est limité, c'est-à-dire la « limite d'achat ». La « limite d'achat » pour chaque événement sera déterminée par InterMusik Hall.

The aim of InterMusik Hall is to facilitate your purchasing of tickets to your favorite events (concerts, plays, theatres, shows, etc.), easier, more convenient and pleasant. InterMusik Hall purchase policies are intended to make sure you understand the process of buying tickets from us on intermusikhall.org. These Policies & Procedures for Purchase are subject to InterMusik Hall Terms & Conditions and are incorporated by reference, here in these policies.
The ticket you buy from InterMusik Hall is only a license to attend a specific event you have purchased the ticket for, and such license can be revoked, if any of InterMusik Halls’ policies, Terms & Conditions, or additional conditions on the tickets and /or any other laws or regulations are violated by You, the purchaser of such ticket.

HOW YOU PAY FOR TICKETS
You have a variety of options to pay for the tickets you purchase from intermusikhall.org. We accept major credit cards including, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. The price of tickets for the events taking place within the United States is in U.S. Dollar.

YOU BUY FROM THE EVENT ORGANIZERS,
INTERMUSIK HALL SOLELY FACILITATE YOUR PURCHASE OF TICKET
InterMusik Hall facilitates your purchase of tickets from the organizations and entities i.e. the “event organizers”. InterMusik Hall solely handles the transactions and collects payments for the tickets sold by the “event organizer”. Therefore, You will be buying your ticket from the “event organizer” while InterMusik Hall only acts as the provider of sale services for your purchase. If you exchange your tickets or purchase tickets by using Exchange Tickets facility services, you buy tickets from either a reseller who is not an event organizer, or InterMusik Hall, or the event organizer. InterMusik Hall is only provider of the services for such sales, unless InterMusik Hall sells tickets through the Exchange Ticket method.

TICKET PRICES ARE SET BY THE “EVENT ORGANIZERS”
NOT BY INTERMUSIK HALL
InterMusik Hall acts as the facilitator for sale of tickets and sells tickets for the benefit of the “event organizers “ including; promoters, providers, bands, performers and the venues. The “event organizers” will set the ticket prices and determine seating arrangements. InterMusik Hall generally is not involved in determining the tickets prices, nor in the seating arrangements or locations of the sold tickets. Tickets are sold via several distribution centers, including online, information center and retail stores. InterMusik Hall does not control the inventory of the tickets or their availability. Since there is always the possibility that tickets to favorable events sell out very fast, extra tickets could be foreseen and may be available prior to the event but as stressed earlier, InterMusik Hall does not control such inventory or its availability. InterMusik Hall also facilitates the resale of tickets and handles relevant transactions on ExchangeTickets . Please take into consideration the fact that tickets sold through InterMusik Hall’s ExchangeTicket service are often sold at a higher prices than their original prices. Occasionally, the additional tickets for subsequent distribution may be allocated to, and received by, InterMusik Hall or other distributors, centers, which may have higher demands or the same status as the tickets sold on Exchange Ticket, or may be put for sale at a lesser price than the price charged on Exchange Ticket.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER
Please note that if after you submitted the required payment information, you do not receive a confirmation number/ letter, or email, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Section, whether or not your requested order has been placed. InterMusik Hall will not be liable for any pecuniary/monetary and /or any other losses due to your erroneous presumption that your order has not been placed because you did not receive confirmation.
FACILITATION & PROCESSING CHARGES
When you purchase tickets on intermusikhall.org, you will be charged a facilitation fee per ticket and a non-refundable processing fee per order. Your tickets may be subject to a delivery cost/fee, if applicable.

YOU CAN BUY LIMITED NUMBER OF TICKETS
In order to establish a fair purchasing method and to prevent unfair attempts and practices of buying tickets, there is a limitation on the particular number of the tickets you may purchase for a specific event i.e. the“purchase limit”. The “purchase limit” for each event would be determined by InterMusik Hall.

AFTER YOU PURCHASED YOUR TICKETS,
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PROHIBITED
Please carefully select and purchase your desired event on intermusikhall.org. You must thoroughly review all information pertinent to the event, including but not limited to the date, time and contents of the programs and event/s, prior to purchasing any tickets on intermusikhall.org. This is of highly importance since the event organizers prohibit and do not allow us to refund or exchange, after you have purchased the ticket. You also need to safeguard your tickets because the event organizers do not allow any refund or exchange for your lost, stolen, destroyed, torn, obliterated or damaged tickets.

YOUR MUST PROVIDE ACCURATE AND CURRENT BILLING &
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.
YOUR TICKETS MAY BE CANCELLED, IF INFORMATION IS NOT VERIFIED
Please note that it is your obligation to provide accurate and current billing and credit card information to InterMusik Hall for a ticket order, including a billing address and other billing information. No ticket order could be processed unless the credit card and billing information is verified. In case of existence of any inaccuracy, discrepancy or mistake in your billing and credit card information, your order may be cancelled by InterMusik Hall and your tickets may be sold to another consumer without further notice. However, the Consumer Department of InterMusik Hall will try to contact you through the information you have provided and if InterMusik Hall not able to contact you, your ticket may be cancelled and sold.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF INTERMUSIK HALL’S TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ILLEGAL
Use of InterMusik Hall’s trade marks and intellectual property is illegal unless InterMusik Hall has expressly consented in writing. Your tickets will be cancelled or seized, if any attempt is made on your part to unlawfully resell any ticket . Without the written express consent of the event organizer and InterMusik Hall, no ticket shall be used for the promotional, sweepstakes, or advertising purposes.

INTERMUSIK HALL HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REFUND YOUR TICKET IN CASE OF ERROR
InterMusik Hall reserves the right to cancel and refund your ticket when an error occurs with respect to the price, or the time of availability for sale, and/or other relevant matters to the ticket which are announced on intermusikhall.org caused by a machine or human error, computer malfunctions, and /or other InterMusik Hall’s operational system and programs.

LIMITED LIABILITY
When you purchase ticket through InterMusik Hall, you expressly agree to be bound by InterMusik Hall’s Terms and Conditions ( Pls. review InterMusik Hall’s Term & Conditions, which are herein, incorporated by reference) on your behalf and your children or any minor accompanying you to the event. You further expressly agree to bear and assume all the risks and liabilities pertinent to, and as the result of, the event ( before, during or after the event) that InterMusik Hall has issued the ticket for.
